Company Profile
Ours is a unique story, deeply shaped by a young professor who in 1968, had aspired to educate his children and left for occidental shores. Entrpreunership became an accidental coefficient for his 5 children, of which 4 went on to become Medical Doctors in UK with the remaining child becoming a corporate lawyer. Latitude Ventures is a direct result of that unyielding journey that spans 5 decades of endurance, resiliancy, tenancity, economic cycles, credit crises that instilled wisdom of prudent investments and husbandary of capital.

The family started with a single property in 1982 and by 1995 had acquried a small residential BTL portfolio and a 112 unit care facility in London. UK Real Estate became our specialism with core investment across the entire sub-asset class (Residential, Office, Commercial, Farmland). The principals pioneed the public-private partnership model for the provision of housing and ran one of the largest housing contracts for UK Government. In 2013, the family foray into residential development saw acquisition of office blocks and subsequent conversions to 800+ units. By 2015, the aggregate portfolio had scaled to £500m, with credit facilities backed by some of the leading financial institutions in UK. In 2017, the family assets were repositioned to address the succession planning generational shift. Latitude was carved as a seperate entity to spearhead the ventures into alternative assets in Bioeconomy and global partnerships that leveraged our UK footprint. In 2021, we signed our first partnership agreement to bring the largest listed pharmacutical group of Malaysia to UK. We are currently in discussions with a mumber of Malaysian institutions to formalise partnership in view of investing in the ASEAN Bioeconomy sector.
